I'm liking working out right now.
I love doing it with the bf.
I like doing cardio indoors in a controlled environment (fuck running outside.)
I've added some core training like planking (30 seconds yall!!!)
I've also added some muscle training especially for my legs and abs but not a lot...

My weighted wristbands arrive on Tuesday.
