Well, I wasn't perfect yesterday. I walked 16,000steps yesterday and instead of just letting that help me towards my goal instead I let myself have two small chocolate donut bite we have in the house as a potty training incentive for our son and that was an extra 190 calories that I hadn't planned for the day. I am lucky I still went down having had that snack right before bed. Today I will do better.
