so I totally made 2 goals for 2019 already! one was to be under 300 lbs. I'm sitting pretty at 296 lbs just under it and I plan to keep losing. Also, officially quit smoking.....again. but I'm so done this time. I'm officially smoke free for 4 months now. gonna keep up with that. so many more goals but those are two pretty big goals already completed. woot woot! next goal is finding a new therapist.

amazing.. enjoy that wonderful victory.. im still trying to reach my goal a year later, so little by little , up nd down this rollercoaster, some are fun some are not, just keep at it..
