I just weighed-in after 3 weeks of the Strict Keto, Intermittent Fasting (16/8) and drinking Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) twice a day. Another 4 pounds for a total of 13 pounds in just 3 weeks. I'm not sure if that's all it is, but I'm not complaining, I'll take it (or lose it, as the case may be). Back on track. I'm half way to my goal weight.
