Sun 1.20.2019 I went totally off the rails. Felt like I became obsessed.

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 January 2019:
1429 kcal Fat: 59.96g | Prot: 51.05g | Carb: 172.89g.   Breakfast: Tea (Brewed), Equal Sweeteners (Aspartame) Packets, 2% Fat Milk, Oatmeal. Dinner: Marketside Savory Garlic Knots, Jell-O Sugar Free Cherry, Brown Rice, Doc Green's Sauteed Veggies, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese. Snacks/Other: Cantaloupe Melons, Fritos Original Corn Chips. more...

Are you on a low carb diet? Or severe calorie deficit ? Cause that’s exactly what happens with those diets (at times)

I have this a lot. You’re okay, just keep moving forward. Life is a lot like dancing, you may take 1 step forward and 2 steps back, but if you are determined to keep trudging along, you are in good hands!!

Something triggered it, and you probably know in the back of your mind what it was, and what you could have done differently. It wasn't a failure, if you make sure it you embrace what you learned. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and keep moving in the right direction.
