Lost 4 pounds in 1 week. Intermittent fasting (16/8) and apple cider vinegar, lemon & water (x2 day). Eating when I'm hungry, not eating when I'm not.
326.6 lb Lost so far: 84.0 lb.    Still to go: 101.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
