Ugh! I was so good yesterday but still went up! These are the days it gets hard. Now I'm 307.5 and that is 2 lbs more than my goal for today. This is the first week this month that was a gain not a loss. It wasn't much (0.1 over the week), but I've been losing 2-3 pounds a week for a bit now. I know that I have to just keep plugging away but...I need to get down to 293 to have the surgery. This just feels like torture at this point. I've never really been able to do this by myself without weightlifting and I'm just not capable of lifting right now...I can barely walk! So yeah, I'm frustrated! I have the option to schedule another appointment with the nutritionist but I haven't because I was doing so well. Damn you potatoes! Well back to the plan!!
