Weigh-in tomorrow...I'm supposed to be at 305...I'm at 306.9 today and I know I'm not going to make it. I'm going to try to walk again today. I wasn't going to yesterday but then ended up going to the doctors for a last minute appointment and so put in a lot of steps even though I was still wobbly from the day before. So I'll take some muscle relaxers and see what I'm up to even if it's just one block and back lol. While I was at the doctors I used the scale to see how it compared to mine and the difference was negligible (0.2 lbs) so I will feel pretty safe telling them when I hit the goal weight of 293. But my short-term goal is 3 pounds a week and I have been making that for the last 3 weeks on this plan but I went off plan and ate soooo many potatoes. But I sucked it up and went back to what I was doing yesterday and lost weight again today so obviously this is what works. The problem is I hate what works...I can't have anything that I like at all or I'm screwed. Ugh!
