Took measurements this morning, which I should have done on the 1st. 85cm bust, 80cm waist, 95cm hip. Would like to get my waist and hips down by 3cm each to get back to what I was at the beginning of the year, but my clothes still feel the same. Managed an hour of exercise yesterday - 45 minutes strength and 15 minutes cardio - and then half an hour barre this morning. Slowly getting back into it. Calories were 1623 daily average last week, lower than 1658 the week before so hope the last kilo will be leaving me soon!
