So my motivation level for exercise is....zippo zero! I find it so complicated that it discourages me. I’m a home workout girl, can’t stand the gym. All the skinny people furiously working out. Just isn’t for me. I’ve tried easy to medium exercises. But no motivation. So, what gets you motivated? Cause I need a push!

I am a home workout girl too. First and foremost, find something you enjoy, or hate the least. As they say, the exercise that works the best is the one you will do. What has worked for me is to just do it and not wait for motivation. Also, it took me awhile to understand that i am not expected to be as fit as the people on screen. I have to remind myself of that constantly. Once i stick with it for awhile, it is easier to be motivated. Sorry, i know that answer sucks to hear, lol. I am kind of stalled out so i am talking to me as well as you. Good luck!

I signed up for Beachbody On Demand 2 yrs ago and don’t think I’ll ever stop. I LOVE working put at home! There are so many options for getting exercise. I dislike standard cardio so you have different variations which make it more fun. I think doing the same exercises all the time is boring so you can dabble in yoga, pilates, country dance workout or weight lifting. They have a free trial too. Best part is if i go away I can use my ipad or phone to access my workouts.

I put on a workout outfit... If Im sitting in leggings and a sports top with indoor trainers on, I'm not just gonna sit and veg out in front of the telly... I WILL go on the exercise bike or treadmill. :)

I go to my dance studio that I have been going to for years, and I also take a hula class, which the people there in that class are not thin and the nicest, NICEST people you will ever meet! It is at the parks and recs dept in my town. I go and dance and hang out with my friends it is the best!!
