Ugh oh...it’s been a carb filled 2 days so far. Danishes, pretzels, pizza...what happened?

As long as ur calories are on check you should be fine. maybe u will retain some water weight 💦 but if u still ended up at calorie maintenance level or less you should not gain fat weight

Yeah I was surprised I maintained my weight. Maybe since I do intermittent fasting my calories balanced out.

Just make sure the calories are on check, that’s all u need. 😉

I find that long stretches of not eating have the greatest effect when trying to control insulin through low carbs.
