A good day today. Second visit to the gym this morning and, although legs very painful from Monday, mannaged to complete the full circuit. Stayed in my calorie limit, but was very hungry this afternoon.
Breakfast, thick slice seeded toast.
Dinner, Tin Baxters Minestrone soup.
Tea 2 1/2 dry weight macaroni cooked in stock cube till it left a little gravy, half a bag of frozen cauliflower, cooked till a bit overdone and mashed. Then stir everything in together with a little soy sauce and vinegar.
Treat. small bottle Alcopops.
