Doing well on the calories today but not good on the healthy food. VERY stressful day indeed, have saved enough calories for a good deal of wine this evening, but not so much that I can't get up in the morning and go to the gym. Breakfast, porridge with a shake of salt. Dinner, 2 Birdseye potato waffles. Tea, low fat supernoodles with small tin of heinz baked beans and 2oz sweetcorn. Dessert, bottle alcopops, Enough left for wine later. Will make tomorrow a healthier day, but i'm so pleased with myself for staying within my days calories, that I'm not going to put a dampner on things. Writing this journel is helping me look at my overall food, and I did take note that there was no fruit and veg in that days menu, which I might not really have registered otherwise. Mental note to rectify this tomorrow. Weighing the same this morning no exercise apart from manic house cleaning, legs sore from first day at gym yesterday.
