Okay y’all, I have a serious (and personal) question here. Ready? I’m FOS (full of 💩). What is a natural (or unnatural) way of freeing myself up? I feel yucky.☹️ Any suggestions is appreciated.

I've had the same problem. Lots of fiber needed! I have found that prunes do the job for me. I'm not crazy about them, but I know they're good for me. Or eat some oat bran with flaxseed added (if you're not doing Keto).

spoonful of yogurt , which has probiotic or dark chocolate 72% or higher.. this helps me..

Abbadabba...I do need more water. We just got a water softener and now I don’t like the taste of it. I used to love our water. ☹️

Take a shot of extra virgin olive oil. Kinda gross but gets the job done

I take a probiotic twice a day.... keeps me regular!

Eating Fiber like Raw Coconut daily or use Ex Lax or Ducolax Pills are my favorites. Good Luck🍀

Magnesium CITRATE. Must use mag citrate not oxide or any other magnesium. It is a mild natural muscle relaxant. Take at night with water. You will sleep like a baby, no leg cramps ( if you’re prone to leg cramps), and a nice BM in the morning. I use Daily brand capsules. 100 mg. Now that I’m Keto I take 3 at night but if you’ve never taken it start with one. Do not take if you have kidney failure or insufficiency.

Have you tried an apple or possibly a protein shake? Those seem to work for me. Coffee does the trick for me too.

I get the Southern Grove prunes from Aldi. 40 g (4 to 5 prunes) has 100 calories and 4 g of fiber.
