Worked 12 straight hours today. I haven't done that in ages. Some one at work today said "you look like you have lost a lot of weight." Which led into a whole discussion on weight loss techniques, basically people telling how they are or are not losing weight. One lady said she was taking these pills and she has to take 10 pills over the course of a day for 3 days and it heats up her body and on and on. Um no thank you, I think I will stick with FS and monitoring my calories. I think it is much safer than pills that heat up your body.

LOl - sounds like a bunch of "hot air" to me...no magic to this, just eat less and move more!

Too many people are looking for that "quick" fix or "magic" pill. I'm so proud of you for standing strong and knowing healthy is the way to go. Compliments are the best motivation ever!!
