No good deed goes without payment. I got woke up this morning to calf cramp. first one I have had in a while. The lower exercises stirred up trouble with my calf's and feet muscles. I knew it when I came home and started stretching. Guess I did not get enough in. Darn shortened muscles are a headache. Otherwise I am not sore I did not overdo though I did 2 to 3 series on each machine.

I have been testing foods the past few days and have been bloated and retaining water. I dropped to 127 yesterday as I expected but did not log. I have a inner rule I wait until the second day reading the same weight. Today 128.5, major gain. Definitely under calories so no question it is from the coffee and dairy. bummer.

I really feel strongly that food that we are sensitive to causes the bloating and water gain. When it is bad enough it can effect your metabolism too. I think that is what caused my really long stall a few weeks back. Too much dairy and other things I can't have. I am sure there are studies out there for this as there are so many that suffer from food issues.

new day and I am going to have to really work on those muscles today, just sitting here typing they are trying to cramp up. and I definitely have been flooding my body with water, electrolytes and even had a nice cup of my newly filtered bone broth. 3 day brew, should have plenty of goodies from the marrow to help me.

been stretching all day inbetween my bowflex today, still tight. But if timing works out I will be going tomarrow. I need to get those squats going. I don't know if I will ever do lifting, but I hate being handicapped and it is heck on my bad knee not having enough control when I go down to do my tanks which is daily. Thanks Chris.

Thanks kikeit, I feel good except for the calf's. I really like exercising it really is addicting. and I overcame my craving for my coffee today. that was harder than anything else. gosh I miss it.

I take magnesium,drink a ton of water and foam roller - otherwise I am SO stiff.
