Hmmm down 3# in 5 days?? Something’s off with that. I didn’t even lose that fast in the beginning when I restricted calories to 1200, was 27# heavier and had been eating 2000+ calories. At this rate I’ll meal my 130 goal in another week rather than end of October like I was expecting (still technically trying for maintenance but haven’t been that hungry this week). So... I’m sure I’ll have a gain again soon. Anything around 135 is fine with me and 134 or below I won’t trust until it sticks around a few days :).
