A beautiful day again today. I went shopping today and tried on A pair of pants and was very excited I have gone from wearing A 5X to A size 20 and those were slightly to big. The rest of the day I took to relax.

I remember being thrilled that 26? Turned into 20, which quickly became 18... and as soon as it was 18, it was basically 14 which was my goal back in ‘03. Took me 12 months! You can do it!!

I got hooked on Walmart clothes- cheap, cute and they have every size. Don’t spend too much on any one size- you’re only passing through!
