Woke at 219.2, down 5.6 from yesterday after a great day of moving out the water. Bringing my team from work over for a little pool party today so I sweated a lot while cleaning up in back. Got good and sweaty! Took a shower and got a nice 217.0 weigh in. Got lots of goodies today but lots of keto options. Have a fun Saturday! UPDATE: Had a great time and the kids had fun swimming. Ate a large lunch and a large supper plus plenty of beers! Weighed 227.6 at the end of the day! Wow. Got my work cut out me tomorrow!
