I don’t think this was a real loss.😢 My scale actually read 135.4 but after a shower the ‘smart scale’ said 135.6. It’s usually 0.4-0.6 lower than mine so I rounded up to 136 ;). I’m sure it’s water weight fluctuations so I’m not sure what my actual weight is lol. Just trying to log daily when I remember so I can get an average. :). You’re rubbing off on me!

The gym scale says 3-4# higher and the dr is 1-2# higher. If I weigh fully clothed before the dr, his scale is 1/2# lower lol.
