At bedtime my BS was 119 so I skipped the Januvia. This morning fasting BS = 109; weight 177.4. Not much of a drop, but it wasn't a gain. I am happy about the glucose: anytime I can skip a med and still have a significant low in the morning means success! I will keep the carbs low today and maybe tomorrow I will have a significant weight loss. We had a little sprinkle of rain and it has cooled down to 84 degrees. I worked in my garden pulling weeds for an hour. The soil is so dry I feel sorry for it! We are supposed to have more rain tomorrow. If not, tomorrow is my watering day (water restrictions) and I can shower it a little. 1335 cals; 75/9/16 macros; net carbs 24.01 today. Not as low carb as I planned!
