One sweaty Jillian Michaels circuit training session, and one good bike ride did it!

I weighed three times to be sure I am now under 200 lbs.
199.2 lb Lost so far: 43.8 lb.    Still to go: 39.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

A belated but HUGE congratulations to you! I am so happy for you. You have been a tremendous supporter and motivator for me, and I just wanted to say how thrilled I am for you. Good call on the reward too... as fun as a small cone might be, fitting in those new pants will be even better!

What an important milestone! Getting below the "decades" 230, 220, 210, 190,180,170,160... all of those have meant a lot but none of those compare to the joy I felt at trading in that dreaded "2" for a "1"! I suppose the only thing that will eclipse that joy is when I make goal :) So a big congrats! Also, a word of advise on the pants - keep them where you can see them and try them on every 5 lbs or so or else you may miss your window of opportunity. I have bought some "inspiration" pants that were on sale and forgot about them only to discover them afterward when they were now too loose!

Great idea to buy new pants to keep the motivation going. At the consistent rate that you are progressing, you will be in them before you know it!
