We were gonna take my father in law out last night for dinner for Fathers Day but he felt badly. He is 88 yrs however we were in the mood to eat out beings how that was the plan. To myself restaurants are a mine field. After a long discussion we settled on a seafood restaurant which has reasonable low carb choices. I’ve had so many lettuce greens salads I’m tired of them. Both of us got a lb of cold boiled peel and eat shrimp and I got what I didn’t want but got it anyway, cream of blue crab soup. Any creme style soup is packed with carbs. I really wanted a tomato based soup but it wasn’t on the menu. Later I was hungry so heated up a lil bit of chicken breast and used mayo for a dip. That killed the hunger. Tonite is Fathers Day dinner for me. YIKES!! I’m craving Dicks Wings and steak fries!!!!

I get the Cajun Ranch hot sauce served extra extra wet so I can dip the fries in the sauce...gotta figure a strategy fo cut back on the fries. Maybe I’ll give half of them to my grand kids! That way I’ll feel bad trying to get them back!! Lol
