iv been taking appetite suppressants alongside a 5day gym regime....i feel like im becoming abit too obsessed with this..... 🤔...last year i lost 21kg on appetite suppressants and exercise then i became comfortable and relaxed so i gained ALL the weight back plus few extra kilos 😭...well any way..im back on track with my pills and exercise. cant wait to weigh in after this week is done.
