I guess the weird weekend had to catch up with me at some point. Seeing a jump like this today is exactly why some people don't weigh in everyday. I'm not going to let it upset me. I'm sure tomorrow's number will be better.
204.2 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
