Directions

  1. Grind oats in a food processor.
  2. Mix the oats and almond meal.
  3. Add the peanut butter, melted chocolate, vanilla, and maple syrup.
  4. Roll into 1-2 inch balls.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
