I've been doing the 10 minutes per day for 30 day challenge fairly well. Some days I'm way over and some days barely doing the 10 min. It's a start.

Holy crap!! I knew I was getting heavier, but I went to get bigger clothes today and almost cried seeing myself in the mirror! What I saw is not the picture of me that I have in my head, nor is this what I want the world to think of me! Enough is enough! Bring on the challenges, because I gotta lose this extra weight yesterday!!!
