Approaching my 50th birthday 5/12 excited to shed the extra weight. I lost a total of 39 pounds in 10 months but unfortunately I have reached a plateau. I am riding my mountain bike at least twenty-five miles four time weekly. I am lazy otherwise meaning I hate doing strength training please suggestions would be appreciated. I eat healthy but can't seem to commit to smaller portion sizes. My thought is if I cut portion size and increase exercise I will get off the extra 15 pounds. I don't know if this is something that is attainable.
