On a challenge with myself with a visual goal! Not only I want to be healthy but I want to see Abs. When someone has a visual and not just a broad goal thats when motivation and real changes happen. Having a visual that I want to see abs on my body it will force to give up bad habits and in general I can say I am living a healthier life and exercising. The dedication to one specific outcome will become effortless and realize how I have changed habits for a healthier lifestyle.
