I'm not excrecising enough for my diet (Fat Flush Plan). But I still am in school so I live with my parents, and any diet business would be...sticky. So I can't be like, "I'm going to lose 20 pounds, okay?"
And I am starting running, but I have to do it when I'm home alone because I have a dog and my parents would want me to take him with me. And I can't because he stops to sniff or pee too much. =(
If I don't lose 3 pounds this week I am going to be so mad at myself...

Once I get down to 105, I don't know if I stop, if it goes well. But I definitely don't want to go below 100.
I'm trying this new thing where I only eat healthy foods and excercise for at LEAST an hour a day. On Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays I have gym for 3 (or sometimes 3 and 1/2) hours, but I still want to do an hour after that...the only way I'm going to lose weight is with extra effort.

Wow...I only had one meal yesterday and I'm totally not even hungry. I think I'm going to try and go a whole day without eating sometime, just to see if I could. Believe me, I will
not
make a habit of it.
