Stomach Virus caused me to to bomb this week and gain 4 pounds. I fluctuate constantly between 198 and 204. Sick from Tuesday until yesterday....still do not feel but maybe 75% better. Eatin what I can and is not always low in calories...noodles and bread have been easy on my stomach.
Discussing the possiblity of rejoining the gym. Tossing around the idea. Not sure ..... financially if I can, but will review the finances and see if it can be forced to happen. Didnt do so well the last couple of times I joined, so hopefully I can push myself thru it.
***I screamed at my stomach this afternoon for growling. LOL!!! There is no way I am hungry so why are you growling!?

Got some really depressing news on Friday regardin my bumb leg and back so I really spun out of control over the weekend. Not to mention, girl scout cookies haunted me.
I am scheduling physical therapy soon so hopefully that will help with my pain level and I can concentrate more on my weight goals.

I gave in. Dang it!!!!!!! I had peanut butter patty girl scout cookies!!!! WTH!!! And..we went to see Jo, she just got out of the hospital and it was late when we left so we stopped by Panda Express and got dinner. OMG! I blew it yesterday...but so far back on track today.

BLOODY GIRL SCOUT COOKIES!!! auughgh I hate this time of year. I have not fallen victim to buying any yet....but a friend at lunch had a sleeve of Thin Mint....I had one serving....and ONLY one serving...which was 4 cookies. Yum. But see...I would normally eat the whole roll of cookies, so I still have my head on half straight.
