I do love weighing in first thing in the morning, I'm always lighter than if I weigh in at the end of the day. It's time to make weigh in time consistent for the morning though so I get a better picture of how much I'm losing.

I had a great day of photo taking and hiking today. But I must get better at planning ahead food wise. A glass of vegetable juice for breakfast, a bottle of juice for a snack and a chicken salad sandwich and a diet pepsi for lunch aren't exactly the healthiest choices I made today.
I'm thinking that actually stocking my cupboards with food that I can grab on the go or at least make something quickly might be a good idea. Currently, there is no food in my cupboards or my fridge, just condiments for the most part.

I've done other diet regimes before. The most successful was Weight Watchers, but not as much for their program as for the message boards and forums that were part of online membership.
That's what I'm hoping to find here. A community of people helping each other achieve their goals. And I really like that it's free :).
