Well yesterday I did great all through the day even though it was one of the most stressful days at work I have ever had. At the end of the day my husband offered to take me out to eat Chinese. I hadn't had a cheat day so I went for it. I Did not heap my plate up and most of it was fish and sushi.......although there were two wontons and coconut shrimp..=-O then my husband brought a tiny slice of cheesecake that I indulged in. I did not record this meal because the variety of foods made it to difficult to count the calories but even though I know I went over my calorie goal I still feel good about having control and not just blowing it out of the water.

I bought a pair of digital scales so I can start weighing at home. The last time I weighed was 8days ago. This morning I weighed in at 188! Yeah me!!!!!!!!!

Well I went to weigh 2 days ago. I work at a hospital and always weigh in at the surgery scheduling office. The nurse there has two scales...a digital scale that also records ounces and a regular manual scale like most doctors offices use. The digital scales were "occupied" so I used the manual scales. They only showed a solid weight that was teetering on 192. I was disappointed because being the OCD person that I am (and I mean literally OCD not figuratively) i HAVE to know down to the ounce or it drives me crazy. 192 means that I have not gained any but I have not lost any either. The not knowing EXACTLY is AGONIZING. This means for my sanity I am going to invest in a pair of digital scales this weekend. My problem then will be to try to keep me from weighing everyday. Yes I obsess toooooo much but it is my nature unfortunately. Lol.
