2nd day of P90x Workout. i barley made it through the warmup, and then my legs gave out on the first excersize. However 12 minutes of Warmup counts, and i will attempt to do this agin this evening. I am not letting this beat me.

The last 2 days have not been good ones on the diet front. However, i feel that i can get back on track starting today.

I think i am retaining water, and my body is in shock. I have eaten only the foods mentioend in my diary, and have only come close to my RDI 1 time, and that was when i went over it. i have to make more of an effort, and change the amonts of Carbs i eat.
