Several months ago I decided to get back into shape and lose the 100lbs I had gained over the past 4 years. I started out well and made some major progress (mostly due to the summer months which made exercise easier due to the weather and the impending doom of having to wear a bathing suit in public.) I lost about 20 lbs and was feeling motivated.

However, after summer vacation, I fell right back into old patterns of eating without journaling and I stopped exercising. Since then, I gained it all back plus a few more. I have had enough and I hate walking around at this weight. Even though I'm pretty depressed and exhausted, I'm going to try this again. I'm going to try to be sensible and simply eat less, eat healthier, and get up and move more....I need to keep it simple. I know I can do it even though its going to be hard. It's just going to take awhile and I'm going to try my best.
