Not happy about the recent weight gain. Got to start working on it and get rid of it. Threw away the twizzlers.
Have 4 diet pills left so maybe they'll kick start it off.
NO white stuff.NO sugar and NO bread.
Back has been hurting.Not sure if its the extra weight or sleeping on tummy.
Want to get down to 200, then 175..
