Weigh-in was just ok. Lost .8 but I was up having no butter popcorn at 9pm last night. I need to get a grip on the stress and everything else will fall into place. Got through my whole cardio workout last night...that was big for me as I have been struggling with it. Hopefully I'll be in full swing by next week.
This week I'm going to try to get away from some of the frozen diet dinners and eat more veggies and poultry. With the regular exercise and more veggies, I hope to get my weekly weight loss to 1.5 to 2 lbs per week. Time will tell.

Weigh-in is tomorrow and I'm a little nervous. I'm trying to be extra good today because I was really naughty Saturday (I have a love affair with Jack in the Box it seems.) Also bought a new scale Saturday. I was terrified it would show 5 more lbs than my old one but it didn't, thank goodness.
I'm having alot of stress at work so things are getting pretty tough. But I am soooo close to being in the 100's that I can't give up now. Here's hoping for a good tomorrow!!

Seems to be going fairly well. Started about 8 weeks ago from 221.5, down to 206 now. I want it to drop off quickly but I also know that isn't the way it should go. The last week I indulged in a combo from Jack in the Box and some finger food yesterday (skipped supper last night to make up, bad I know). Was able to add another shirt to my wardrobe from the lower sizes I have in the closet, so this is good! My mini goal is 199 in 4 weeks.
