The better mix for food is OMAD preferably not too late or too early, and other days eating barebones or repetitive few ingredients meals, this could be yogurt and fruit, oats, fruit, baby potatoes salted etc anything that approaches bland even omad version eg foccacia bread or avo toast or baby doughnuts or peanut butter or sammosas.
when feeling like you're losing it up electrolytes via salted water/ olives brine (can include bicarbonate soda in water, plus added game exfoliate face once or twice a week also with bicarbonate of soda
), have a tiny bit of mild laxative. have some watered down vinegar on an empty stomach. but greatest, pray work on relationship with God,
