ATTACK OF THE VEGGIES...will post pics and a journal tomrrow...trying to get the pics downloaded...lol...
vacation was great...ate a lot of seafood (think the salt bloated me alittle)...ate some veggies (yuk)...did a lot of walking until we rented the scooters (yeah)...clothes still fit, so i could not have done much damage...i did some since they are tighter...lol...no problems...it will come back off...back to the water and balanced eating as of yesterday...
have a wonderful fs day...

ATTACK OF THE VEGGIES...
well the time has come, after today i will not be a part of real life for the next 10 days...lol...im taking a break - life can wait...
we leave for key west at 4am on saturday morning...i have to work a couple of hours friday am, then home to pack, clean the house (because i cannot leave it like i live in it), pack the dogs to the doggie resort, come back and pack (procrastination at its finest)...
found out that the airlines charge luggage fee's going both ways for all bags, no freebe's...thats another 80.00...yuk
not sure where my weight is, havent weighed in over a month...dont know if i ever will...if my clothes get tight, i'll get stricter with the plans and if they get smaller, than i'll just keep at it...

ATTACK OF THE VEGGIES w/picture...
well the veggies have kinda leveled off - trying to eat them every dinner, only successful 4 of 7 times a week...lol
since my last post my car has broke down twice, once was the water pump, needed all new hoses, both fans needed new belts and a thermostate, the second was the gear linkage from the shifter (5 speed manual) to the actual transmission...lol...when we get back from vacation we are going to buy a new one...
this is the new me...i have now officially reached middle age...lol
14 days till we leave for key west...yeah us...
last night was the second session of hypnosis...its seems to be working quite nicely...takes about 2 weeks to fully be ingrained, will wait and see...thanks to those that helped me with this endeaver...
happy fs to everyone - also...imluuvd is having a difficult time right now - they had to put her dog nala down - so if you pray please pray - if not send vibes her way - she will appreciate it greatly

ATTACK OF THE VEGGIES...
and boy have they attacked...lol...in the last couple of days i have had green beans twice (double yuk) but i ate them, peppers stuffed with tomato's, coleslaw (made from cabbage out of the garden, salsa, veggie pizza, mushrooms, corn, celery, and more - just cannot remember...
on friday i had an endoscopy thingy done...scope down the throat...ok now i have 2 ulcers - hense the new articles about taming your ulcers...lol...
they put you under for that and when i meet with the put you out person, i always tell them to give me half of what they normally would someone my size, because i like ni night land...lol...well they were joking around about how they were going to load me up...i told them not to because i do not wake up...well i guess they did - because my proceedure was at 7:30 am - and i slept untill 5:45 on friday - was groggy and kept falling asleep all day saturday and on sunday i was still out of it...able to function but not at full speed...
when i meet with the doc on the 31st to get my results i will file a formal complaint...
we had a pool party on saturday that we went to and as soon as i can i'll put up new pics...
