Over the last 5 years I have piled on weight to almost 200lbs. Have always been between 100 and 115lbs. Long way to go but my goal is to lose minimum of 80lbs in 6 months

new here- the only vegan to gain weight
I have been vegan for almost a year now (for animal welfare, not diet) and I have gained 2 stones. I know this is because in the early days I replaced animal flesh with high carbs such as potatoes and pasta. I also went overboard on cashew nuts and vegan cheeses. A year on Im pretty clued up on how to get all my protein from plants but my biggest struggle is finding foods that can make me feel full up. Im totally cutting out bread, potatoes and pasta. Any thoughts on what could keep my tummy full? No dairy or animal products please
