I guess the birthday endulgences have caught up with me... I ran to the Tops meeting tonight because I knew I was up. I got a travelling gift so that means I have to lose weight four weeks in a row and on the fifth week I can open it. if I gain at all I have to give it back. Im also gonna participate in the contest (hence the journal entry). the contest is that I have to journal and track my water and food and send notes to my fellow members. I get points for losing weight and exercising and for sharing stuff with the group. The last time there was a contest it was half over when I had started. I intend to keep up with running and I hope that my gain this week is muscle because I did shovel a shitload of snow and went ice fishing this past weekend (which involved a crazy hike). That's it for this week!
