Well after Holidays, I am up 2.25 lbs. not too bad considering I ate 2 xmas dinners and fell down the stairs. Hurt my back and haven't done much in a week or so. Trying to ease my way back to being comfortable walking.

This whole process with TOPS had started because I ended up purchasing jeans with an elastic waist band. That's the wake up call... Now that the holidays are over and I'm back at work, I can get back into my routine. I realize that with vacation and fishing, I've been skipping meals and not eating properly. This has brought the pounds back. I have to smarten up and stick to the plan.

I will be joining a gym in the next week or so. I see awesome progress from a girl in our group and will be joining the same gym. Not because I know her or like her or anything, but because I have a free month coupon... lol
