Woke up. Of course i slept in. Not on purpose but bad habit. Can't decide what i want for breakfast. Maybe a protein shake. Not sure. I'm going to the lake to run a mile today. Wish me luck.

Exercise starts in the morning:
Blood Sugar- Good (ill check in the morning. hopefully still normal)
Calorie Intake- Need to watch it more
Exercise Motivation- Lacking... :(
Vegetarian Status- 8 Days
Protein Intake- Will start watching it in the morning.
*Problem- Milk Good- High in protein Bad- High in sugar
