Never started since my last journal entry. Figured New years would be good but nothing happened again. I'd start off doing a keto diet, but by the end of the night, i'd eat carbs for whatever reason and probably double my failures. What happened to the guy from last year? Every night I always think about why I didn't start today, but it's time to give it another shot. Writing down what I eat, my workout, logging everything! Here we go... again.

After falling off the mindset of calorie counting, working out and exercising, I figure it's time to take things seriously again. Why wait until new years. Things are going to be different, even if i have to write entries to myself to read, or try and join groups. Back on track begins!

heard good things after using mfp and not being happy with the database. started losing weight in january, down 40 pounds (or 25 according to my gym scales.
