As usual did well on the carbs but WOW 1700 calories! Guess I'm gonna go for a walk, burn some before bed.

way over on the calories, under on the carbs -- really feeling like a glass of wine would be the ticket tonight. The no alcohol can be a real drag!
I've been thinking about the act of increasing exercise to lose weight. If it is not something I can stick with as a lifestyle change why bother. I need to relearn to eat appropriately for the lifestyle I'm going to live every day.
Did do my 30 minute walk today -- got some SSRs by sketcher. WOW I really feel it in my left side.

Just right on the carbs but not enough veggies. Too high on the calories but there are a lot of estimations in today's food journal, so I am hoping I guessed high. Tomorrow is protiens, none of that Splenda stuff I think sugars of all types just mess with me.
