Have been experimenting with Flax Meal recipes today. Man am I FULL! Thought I must have taken in about a zillion calories -- only 760 or so -- guess I can still have dinner. :) I'm thinking of trying a baked crustless lemon cheesecake recipe yet today. Sounds YUMMY!

Today is a little high on the fats could have used a few more carbs and proteins, would have brought the calories down. But I was VERY active today. Washed my truck, moved everything out of the garages and cleaned the floors. Showing a calorie deficit today around 600, so I am going to call today a success.

Ended up having a bowl of raspberries with heavy cream to get my net carbs up to 25 today. Fats, proteins and calories are all where I want them. So looks good, even though the raspberries are not on the approved list for my rung of the Atkins ladder. I am hoping that consistency and balance will pay off more than the particular food.

I went to http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/ to calculate my BMR its is 1426. So I'm thinking one of the reasons I am not loosing weight at a more efficient rate is that I am taking in too many calories and not being consistent with where they are coming from. Starting today my goal is to be consistent on my intake of net carbs (20 - 25) and calories (1400 - 1500)

Net carbs seem to be fine -- gotta get the calories down. According to the book I'm ok but the weight quit moving this week.
