LOST 4 KG IN 6 DAYS ! WOW!
well worth the effort i must say
I did a modified version of the Water Fast since i was desperate to lose weight.
it was a combination of water fast whole day with lemon water or plain water even lemonade with sugar sometimes if i felt very weak and then after 5 pm tea with 1 biscuit and at 8 pm light salad with some mixed veg, cucumber, onion , cottage cheese. legumes and mango for dessert. I never felt hungry after 2 days of this diet.
I plan to binge a little on the weekend with carbs to tell the body not to go in the starvation mode
