Back on this again. My 2nd baby turned 1 on saturday. Losing the baby weight this time around has been so tough. I am even up to running 8 miles and the scale is not moving. Need to also seriously change my diet....starting TODAY! Here we go! :)

Back on this. My second baby had his 1st birthday this weekend. The baby weight has been so slow to come off this time around. I've been doing Shaun T workouts and am up to running 8 miles! But the scale is not moving. Need to make some serious changes in my eating, starting TODAY! Here we go!!!!
