Back on this. My second baby had his 1st birthday this weekend. The baby weight has been so slow to come off this time around. I've been doing Shaun T workouts and am up to running 8 miles! But the scale is not moving. Need to make some serious changes in my eating, starting TODAY! Here we go!!!!
148.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
