Ok, yesterday was my mom's birthday so I had to splurge in a great homecooked meal and I had to make a cake to celebrate the day. So an extra 300-400 calories to make the day eventful for mom, is okay by me. Today has not been too good, I think I need more support from my family and friends in order to succeed at this. Also, I have alot of shit on my mind lately so dealing with financial problems and other problems can really bring me down and not care about what I am eating. I need to get on the right rack and do it now!

Today is gonna be very busy. I have a visitor coming over for about an hour so I will miss breakfast which is not good to do. I had one serv of hot cocoa this morning before bringing the kids to school. Yesterday as far as calories goes, was great! Better than two days ago at over 2,000 cals--ugh! I need to do some investigating as to what foods are lower cals than the rest of them. I also need to create an account for my mom and my daughter whom both need to lose a few pounds. My mother is 4'11" and weighs about 200 pounds. My daughter is 8 yrs old, 4'2" and gained 20 pounds in 4 months (from 61 to 82 pounds) She is going to the doctor in a week for testing too, so not to worry yet. I think all of our family needs to look at what we are consuming in our bodies and change that behavior of what we eat. If it tastes good, then eat it is usually our motto--not good! We need to change alot for the better. Chao!

I am slowly starting the day better than yesterday. I only had 1 serving/envelope of hot cocoa with water instead of two of them. I think it's a better start and I need to eliminate those all together! No more hot cocoa unless it is once per week maybe...I had pb on my whole wheat toast which cut my cals by about 95 today. I plan on eating something better for lunch today than yesterday, I ate too many noodles with sauce. And dinner tonight is at home so it will be healthier also. I hope today is better and I am glad that I am being honest about what I am eating and drinking everyday..I usually lie to my doc about this stuff so I feel that here, I can open up since only one person here knows me---my cousin. Ok ...after submitting what I actually consumed today, I am eating way too many calories and fats and all of it (2,398 cals in today). I didn't realize that it all added up so much. No wonder I am at a plateau. I need to look at how much a serving will add up to the calories, fats, ect. Time to re-evaluate!

Ok, I am not the greatest person in the world, but I was able to follow the plan pretty well. Actually, I think that this diet is not the one for me, I am going to develop my own diet today. I have just been so busy lately that I have not kept track of everything that I have eaten this past week. Oh well! Everyone makes mistakes. Life goes on!
